External costs of transport. Update study

This study carried out by the INFRAS and IWW institutes constitutes an update of the study carried out in 2000 and relates to the same geographical area (EU, Switzerland and Norway). In this version, the methodology has been refined while similar approaches have been maintained in order to guarantee the compatibility of the two studies. In addition, this version of the study cites new work in the area of external costs such as UNITE and ExternE. The databases have also been improved.
