The UIC, through its Combined Transport Group, is a partner in this common learning action of the Marco Polo II Programme which will start in January 2009 for a period of 24 months.
AGORA aims at improving management capabilities of intermodal terminal operators throughout Europe and at increasing capacity by a set of innovative, smart operational measures. This Common Learning Action will lead to the elaboration of a Good Practice Manual on efficient terminal management.
