Tasks	- Pursuant to his/her remit, ensures the validity of deliverables and of stages completed
	- Is qualified to manage a portfolio of projects
	- Can be assigned project management tasks to relieve the workload of the project (link )

Responsibilities	- Demonstrates the added value procured by the project
	- Monitors project roll-out from the quality standpoint
