 Description of accounting tasks

  • Chief Accountant
    • Coordination
  • *Accounting work in respect of projects and activities:
    • Financial monitoring : recording and control of expenditure and revenue in respect of projects and activities
    • Transmission of documents to Project Managers : general ledger, status of budgetary monitoring, table of charges payable, inventory table
    • End-of-year statement of accounts
    • Validation of operating results per project
    • Constitution of files per project to assist the external auditors in their work
    • Compilation of annual and multi-annual tables for financial report
    • Monitoring of project compliance with accounting procedures
  • Customer accounting :
    • Invoicing of contributions
    • Monitoring of regulations applicable to Members
  • Supplier accounting :
    • Regulations applicable to Suppliers
