The UIC Passenger Department is proud to launch the inaugural edition of Passenger Week, taking place onsite from 13 to 16 April 2026 at the UIC Headquarters in Paris.
This landmark event will bring together the global railway passenger community, including CEOs, senior executives, and key mobility stakeholders, for 4 days of strategic dialogue, expert exchange, and collaborative innovation.
What to expect:
Monday 13 April – Expert Working Group Sessions
A day dedicated to UIC working group experts, focused on technical collaboration and project development.
Tuesday 14 April – Open Day: Multimodality & Innovation in Focus
Open to all stakeholders and interested participants, this day features:
- A morning session on multimodal ticketing, challenges and future opportunities
- An afternoon high-level conference with 4 solution panels:
- Standards
- User Experience & Multimodality
- Sustainability & Socio-Economic Impact
- Innovation
Wednesday 15 & Thursday 16 April – Internal Governance Meetings
These final two days will host the Passenger Services Group (PSG) and the Global Passenger Forum (GPF), key internal meetings reserved for UIC members and invited participants only.
