A new General Director of National Railway Infrastructure Company was appointed on 20th October 2009. The position is held by Mr. Milcho Lambrev who has a long career within the railway system.

Mr. Lambrev is a graduated Master in Transport Construction and has a Master Degree in Economy of Transport Company from the Higher School of Transport.
