UIC has received a copy of “Railway Maps of the World” from author Mark Ovenden. The work was published by Viking, a member of Penguin Group, USA. Mark Ovenden’s previous books include “Transit Maps of the World”.

The book is a collection of historical and contemporary railway maps that have been produced for the railways or national authorities from various countries, starting from the first historical maps of the railway era until the present day.
