Armenia: South Caucasus Railway passenger traffic increased by 5.1% in January 2013

In January 2013 the passenger traffic of South Caucasus Railway increased by 5.1% compared to the same period last year.

According to statistics, the company transported 35,300 passengers in the first month of 2013, against 33,600 passengers in January 2012.

In the reporting period, the company had transported 2,300 passengers in international traffic, which is 27.8% more than in January 2012.
