Belarus: Conference on “Improvement of customer service on Belarusian Railways” is planned in Baranavicy

The key objective of the conference is to discuss the development and improvement of the transport service system on Belarusian Railways.

Within the framework of the conference, a customer service centre will open for transport (TEC) at Baranovichi-Centraĺnyja station.

Leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and other public services of Belarusian Railways, as well as cargo, freight forwarding companies and other organisations, will take part in the event.

The roundtable conference will cover three thematic blocks: “Analysis of the existing transport services on Belarusian Railways and improving them”, “Running of the customer service centre (CSC) at local railway level, structure and information stuffing, electronic systems capabilities and services packages and “Prospects for improving the transport services on the so-called one stop principle”.

Furthermore, reports of scientific experts regarding the improvement of existing transport services and interaction between the transport services market players will be provided.

During the conference, participants will discuss important problems regarding improvement of customer services on Belarusian Railways and solutions that will form the framework for improving the operational efficiency of Belarusian Railways.
