At its meeting held on 17 May 2016, the Board of Directors made a determination to propose Representative Director changes and nominate Director and Corporate Auditor candidates for election at the 29th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 23 June 2016.
The candidates comprise current Directors other than those who will retire at the conclusion of such Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, as well as new Director and Corporate Auditor candidates.
The relevant resolutions are expected to be adopted at the 29th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held thereafter.
