For the 11th year running, SNCF was represented at the International Festival of Comics and Graphic Novels in Angoulême, which ran from 26 to 29 January 2017. Over the course of four fun-filled days, visitors could learn all about SNCF’s support for crime writing: at the festival itself, onboard trains and even online. Not forgetting the competitive aspect, with SNCF sponsoring the 2017 “Fauve Polar”, the prize for best graphic crime novel.

Culture for all: SNCF is not only a French firm with a strong international presence and a leader in passenger and freight mobility worldwide, it is also a socially-responsible company which seeks to broaden access to culture. And because what in French we call the “ninth art” is a major part of our culture, SNCF is pleased to have supported the Angoulême festival for the past 11 years.
