The pilot consignment was organised by a subsidiary of KTZ Express in collaboration with the Chinese-Kazakhstan international logistics company of Lianyungang city.

A cremony was held at the port of Lianyungang to mark the occasion of the sending of Kazakhstan products to Vietnam. Dean Zhui, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GP Lianyungang Port, stressed the readiness of the Chinese side to support the development of the transport corridor through Kazakhstan to export Kazakhstan products through China to South-East Asia.

The transport of Kazakh goods using the port of Lianyungang contributes to the further development of the Economic belt of the Silk Road.

The sea port of Lianyungang is one of the largest ports in the world and is connected by direct rail links with China.

The transport and logistics terminal in the port of Lianyungang is a joint venture of GC Lianyungang Port and KTZ Express.
