UIC World Congress on Rail Training, Talent and Development (WCRT)

The sixth UIC World Congress on Rail Training, Talent and Development, “Unite, Inspire, Connect”, will be held from 18 to 20 May 2022. Plans may evolve, depending on the situation regarding Covid-19, but the Congress is currently expected to be held both remotely and in person at the Russian University of Transport in Moscow.

The Congress focus areas include challenges and new opportunities for learning and development stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic, the ever-growing need for talent management, intergenerational challenges and many more topical issues, which are listed on the Congress website.

A special session will be dedicated to feedback on the first TrainRail Hackathon from the pre-selected teams in the various participating regions: Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Middle East.
